Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, software, and related services offered by NEXTGEN-AI SOLUTIONS, LLC under the ThreadPilotHQ brand, including the marketing site at www.threadpilothq.com and applications such as CareerInbox (including the instance hosted at careerinbox-web.web.app). By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of services

  • You will use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials where accounts are offered.
  • You may not attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, scrape in violation of posted rules, or abuse service infrastructure.
  • When connecting third-party accounts (such as email providers), you represent that you have authority to grant the access you enable.

Software and availability

We ship and iterate on production software. Features may change, improve, or be limited during early access or rollout periods. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Intellectual property

The ThreadPilotHQ name, branding, documentation, and software (except for open-source components under their respective licenses) are owned by or licensed to NEXTGEN-AI SOLUTIONS, LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services as offered; no other rights are granted by implication.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXTGEN-AI SOLUTIONS, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts located in Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the services, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable.
